If you have purchased our products from the website would like to return items due to change of mind, or you have received incorrect or damaged items please contact us as soon as possible. This applies only to direct purchases made from Price’s Patent Candles Ltd.

You will need to return items to us that you wish to cancel at your own cost. Once you let us know you would like to cancel, we can advise you on how to return the products.
If you’re returning the entire order and you have paid for delivery, we will refund the cost of Standard Delivery to your country. If you are returning only part of your order, any delivery charge you paid won’t be refunded.
The products you return must be unused and in their original condition.
We will do our best to accept all returns but it is your responsibility to ensure that our products are packed well enough that they will arrive safely and undamaged. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. If this happens we will not issue a refund. If we do not receive the items back, we cannot issue a refund.

If you have purchased a product and have a problem or complaint about the item please return it to the store you purchased from, with your receipt. We are unable to guarantee any store’s Returns or Refund Policy, or that they will reimburse or replace your item. We are unable to accept any returns not purchased directly from Price’s Candles.
