For a guaranteed Christmas delivery please make sure you order by Monday 21st December. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that we are not open over the Christmas period between Thursday 24th December to Tuesday 5th January 2021.

Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce and you will be able to track your order via the Parcelforce website using the tracking number we provide you with.

Your delivery will require a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign.

Our standard UK Mainland delivery cost is £5.00, or spend over £40 for free delivery.

Surcharges may be applied for items that are particularly large or heavy and if any such surcharges apply you will be notified and your order will not be processed until you accept those charges.

Depending of the information you supply Parcelforce may use your mobile number or landline to send you text alerts or automated telephone call, to advise day and time of your delivery. They may also email you a tracking number which you can track your parcel using the Parcelforce website. This is a service that Parcelforce provides and which we feel is of benefit to you.

European delivery is calculated by weight and will be displayed in the checkout area of the website once you have added your products and shipping details. Alternatively spend over £250 for free delivery.

UK VAT will be charged on all orders made to an EU country. If you are a VAT registered business, please contact us directly here.

Please be aware that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient. If you have purchased our products from the website would like to return items due to change of mind, or you have received incorrect or damaged items please contact us as soon as possible. This applies only to direct purchases made from Price’s Patent Candles Ltd.

You will need to return items to us that you wish to cancel at your own cost. Once you let us know you would like to cancel, we can advise you on how to return the products.

If you’re returning the entire order and you have paid for delivery, we will refund the cost of Standard Delivery to your country. If you are returning only part of your order, any delivery charge you paid won’t be refunded.

The products you return must be unused and in their original condition.

We will do our best to accept all returns but it is your responsibility to ensure that our products are packed well enough that they will arrive safely and undamaged. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. If this happens we will not issue a refund. If we do not receive the items back, we cannot issue a refund.

We are unable to accept any returns not purchased directly through our website www.prices-candles.co.uk. If you have purchased a product and have a problem or complaint about the item please return it to the store you purchased from, with your receipt. We are unable to guarantee any store’s Returns or Refund Policy, or that they will reimburse or replace your item. We are unable to accept any returns not purchased directly from Price’s Candles.
