If you would like to send a gift to someone then please use their address as the delivery address for your order. Ensure you advise the recipient they will receive a parcel from Price’s Candles.
If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling us on 01234 2645200 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately if an order has been placed and sent to the warehouse already, we maybe unable to amend or stop the order from being shipped.
If an item is missing from your order, please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If an item is missing, please contact us within 14 calendar days with the order number and the name of the missing product. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item incorrectly, please contact us within 14 calendar days with the order number and the name of the missing item. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible either by a refund or by exchanging the item. We would ask that you do not send the item back to us without contacting us first.
In the unlikely event your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem.
We require written confirmation of cancellation of an order from you, so please contact us to let us know you’d like to cancel your order.
If you already have your order, you will need to return the items to us that you wish to cancel. Once you let us know you would like to cancel, we can advise you on how to return the products.
If you’re returning the entire order and you have paid for delivery, we will refund the cost of Standard Delivery to your country. If you are returning only part of your order, any delivery charge you paid won’t be refunded.
The products you return must be unused and in their original condition.
We will do our best to accept all returns but it is your responsibility to ensure that our products are packed well enough that they will arrive safely and undamaged. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. If this happens we will not issue a refund. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we cannot issue a refund.
If you have purchased our products from the website would like to return them please contact us. This applies only to direct purchases made from Price’s Patent Candles Ltd. Please contact us before returning any items – click here to contact us.
If you have purchased a product and have a problem or complaint about the item please return it to the store you purchased from, with your receipt.
We are unable to guarantee any store’s Returns or Refund Policy, or that they will reimburse or replace your item. We are unable to accept any returns not purchased directly from Price’s Candles.
